0. Application Process
   0.1 Pay the $50.00 above, non-refundable. You
       will receive an auth code via email for the
       application at 0.4, below.
   0.2 Print Application worksheet.
   0.3 Fill out worksheet, and use it to make
       application.
   0.4 Make application for Betrothal Include.

1. Contracts
   1.1 BE-10 (Betrothal -for- $10,000)
   1.2 10-BE ($10,000 - Betrothal)
   1.3 FN-BE Final Betrothal Contract

2. First Steps
   2.1 Complete '0. Application Process' (above).
   2.2 Wait for accepted/not accepted response
       from Manasseh. If you are accepted, then
       continue.
   2.3 Wait for email instructions from your 
       liaison.
       2.3.1 You will receive help with writing up
             your first put of the BE-10 contract
             to your girl.
       2.3.2 Your liaison will explain how the con-
             tract iterations (multiple email
             exchanges of BE-10 and 10-BE
             contracts) will work for you.
